3/ Service Description

3.1 The Service consists of transporting Clients via a low-cost shuttle system, low-cost shuttle, or low-cost VTC from the pickup point defined during the booking request to Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais airports, major Paris TGV train stations, or any other destination.

By default, the Service is provided via a low-cost shuttle system, a collective shuttle for 1 to 8 passengers maximum.

3.2 The organization of the transfer is the responsibility of TLCS:

  • TLCS manages the allocation of the driver and vehicle,
  • TLCS has the right to modify/fix the Client's pickup time to ensure a quality service based on traffic conditions in the region.

The Client is informed that the reservation system takes into account time estimates that may seem long but are based on daily observations of traffic in the Paris area. However, traffic conditions beyond TLCS’s control may alter the planned transport times, and TLCS cannot be held liable for delays (traffic jams, accidents, road closures, etc.). By accepting these terms, the Client waives any legal action in case of delays due to traffic density. If the Client considers the suggested pickup time to be too late, they must inform TLCS by email at logistique@tlcs.fr or by phone at (+33)1 30331056 to explore the possibility of changing the pickup time. In this case, TLCS will decline any responsibility for delays or missed flights/trains/appointments. TLCS reserves the right to refuse a pickup if the timing does not suit.

3.3 The day before the pickup, starting from 6:00 PM, the Client will receive:

  • An SMS with the driver’s contact details and the Client’s pickup time by the TLCS driver.

The Client must be reachable at all times on the mobile number provided during the booking request, starting 12 hours before their pickup (French time).

4/ Client Pickup by TLCS

The Client must present themselves at the meeting point and at the pickup time specified during the ATA/TLCS booking. The meeting point is the pickup address provided during the booking request. The Client is informed that ATA drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the meeting point. If the Client is delayed due to their primary mode of transport (bus, plane, train, boat, etc.), ATA/TLCS cannot be held responsible for missed connections. The Client is responsible for contacting the primary transport provider for any refund regarding the missed connection with their shuttle.

5/ Transportation Conditions

TLCS vehicles are non-smoking. Eating is prohibited in TLCS vehicles. All passengers, both in the front and rear, must wear their individual seatbelts. In case of a traffic check, the Client remains responsible for any violations. If a vehicle is damaged, such as by unexpected door opening, the Client will bear the cost of the damages. If the driver notices any illegal behavior, such as drug use, they are instructed to stop the Service immediately. This termination will not entitle the Client to any refund. TLCS reserves the right to interrupt the service if Client behavior compromises the safety or dignity of the driver or other passengers.

6/ Modification - Cancellation

An email confirmation will be sent to the Client for any modification or cancellation.

6.1 Client's Request for Modification

The Client must request a modification by email at least 12 hours before departure at reservation@atafrance.com. TLCS reserves the right to accept or decline this modification request. The Client is responsible for any information provided during the modification process. TLCS cannot be held liable if the Service cannot be provided due to the Client's failure to inform TLCS of the change via email.

6.2 ATA/TLCS Modification Request

TLCS will inform the Client of any modifications at least 8 hours before departure. Any modifications made by ATA/TLCS will not incur any additional fees for the Client.

6.3 Modifications Due to Changes in the Client's Travel Arrangements

If travel arrangements with a tour operator, airline, or railway company change, the Client must notify ATA/TLCS by email at reservation@atafrance.fibysen.com. If this change affects the booking of the Service, the Client must inform ATA/TLCS at least 12 hours before departure and is responsible for all provided information.
